Sound Healing is an ancient technique that invites you to experience deep states of relaxation, inner peace and may create opportunities for expanded states of awareness. Sound as a Healing Modality allows your brain to entrain or synchronize to the sound tools being used for your session. It may change your brainwaves from an active Beta state to a more relaxed meditative brainwave state of Alpha or Theta.
Sound Healing offers many benefits by lowering stress, decreases mood swings, lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol levels, teaches pain management, and lowers the risk for coronary artery disease and stroke and improves sleep.
We start our time together discussing your intention for reducing stress, restoration, and renewal. A guided visualization with focused breathing and the beautiful healing qualities of the Crystal Singing Bowls will take you on a journey that relieves stress and promotes overall health and wellbeing.
A Sound Healing Session may include the singing of an Ancient Chant, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Ting Sha’s, Tuning Forks, and Drums. After a Sound Healing Session, you will feel lighter, brighter, and more radiant.

Receiving Messages through Singing Bowls
Crystal Singing Bowls act as a conduit for Spirtual Messages
After 20 years of creating sacred space and healing opportunities, the Crystal Singing Bowls love to share messages with my clients.
We will start our time together with a brief check-in. You will then be given an opportunity to select a few Sacred Stones to accompany your session. Once you are on the healing table we will begin with a breathing exercise. You will state your intention for healing, well-being, wholeness and expanding consciousness out loud and then a guided meditation will take you on a sound healing journey.
Messages from the Crystal Singing Bowls begin with the Angel Bowl, then move on to the Unconditional Love Bowls, the Clearing/Lifting/Surrender Bowl, Activation Bowl, the Universal Messenger Bowl, and the 2-closing bowls will carry the sound current on for eternity. The space will continue to reverberate, and you will be invited to experience silence for 5-20 minutes. During this time, I will shower you with more Light. After the session is completed, we will spend time debriefing the experience.

Labyrinth Walk and Mini-Sound Experience
Grateful Heart Labyrinth Walk and Mini Sound Healing Experience.
Walking a Labyrinth with focused intention is an exercise in Contemplation and Mindfulness.
The Grateful Heart Labyrinth is 32’ in diameter with 5 turns on each side. The center is anchored by a White Swamp Oak and the strength and power this tree emits is incredibly powerful.
Some people walk the Labyrinth barefoot to ground into Earth energy. The meditative walk may take 10-15 minutes or up to an hour or more. The pace is up to you. You may choose to pause at each turn, write in a journal, or be quiet with your thoughts and appreciate the inner silence. Once you reach the center you can decide if you want to sit on one of the two benches and take in nature, or you can stare and reflect on the Blue Spruce Pine Trees and natural sounds around you.
After the Labyrinth walk, you will go into the Sacred Sound Chamber for a mini-sound healing experience.
